Mark Thayer

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002. In 2006, I received my Broker's license. I have been the Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker Premier Group's Washington office since 2009. In 2023, I also took on the role of Director of Relocation. In 2025, I also took on the accounting duties for the company.
I have been active in the Franklin County Board of Realtors, in the role of Director, on multiple occasions, and I am currently in the role of Treasurer.
I try to focus on risk management for this company and the Washington office in particular. I try to keep our agents updated and informed on contract issues and perform contract training for the Washington office as well as auditing contracts for compliance.
