Our Story
A locally owned St. Louis real estate company since 1972.
Coldwell Banker Premier Group began in 1972, when Mark Cofman established an independent St. Louis real estate firm specializing in the sale, management and acquisition of apartment buildings.
In 1986, the company expanded into residential real estate with Norman Polsky serving as broker. Nine years later, that residential division joined the Coldwell Banker network as the first independently owned Coldwell Banker franchise in the St. Louis region.
More than five decades later, we’re still locally owned and locally led. Our success still comes down to our people: highly trained agents, dedicated leadership and a full support team committed to serving clients throughout the St. Louis region.
